It's All About Talent

There is a great new resource out there for nonprofits that are aggressively strengthening their organizations.  Achieve Mission's Talent Initiative has released a new RFP to help innovative nonprofits address key issues of talent, leadership, diversity, management, training, culture, and strategic human capital.  Talent Initiative is focused on high-impact, mid-size ($2–50M) nonprofits that have defined plans for significant organizational growth and/or strategic change, and whose leaders recognize the pivotal role that human capital issues will play in determining the success of those plans. 

Past winners include: Admission Possible, Breakthrough Collaborative, BUILD, Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), Corporation for Enterprise Development (CFED), Corporation for Supportive Housing, GreatSchools, Harlem RBI, Level Playing Field Institute, Peer Health Exchange, Rhode Island Foundation and Root Capital.
